|  would it be nice Hey all, I just got home and was looking at the pixs of this house we are building.I cant begain to aford this place.All the beans are hand cut on site.The cost of the roof I could buy a 2 bd rm house.On top of this tong and groove decking go 2" of foam broad insulations then 5/8" plywood with ice dam rubber papper and then a metal roof.This place is small by the cost but where it's at and the timber roof and alot of other stuff 2.7 million and it's a two bedroom.Here's a few pixs of the roof.
