Oh, sorry about that ISO2BWELL, I had to take them down due to complaints :(
And to be honest, i kinda gave up on this thread and what it stood for, because it was really......lonely.

Default How about something with a military theme!

Agent orange exposure has many victims in this country. We volunteered to serve our country and they spray us with herbicide that will leave you AFU for the rest of your life. The diabetes, the kidney problems, the neuropathy, the blood pressure are things caused by agent orange that MMJ helps with. Perhaps a grunt with the flag unfurled behind him looking skyward toward a crop dusting helicpopter. Or a veteran in battle dress head in hands, weeping. There's a lot of flag waving going on and it may hit a soft spot. Make the veteran's right to MMJ an issue too, something on the lines of "They put their life on the line and were poisoned by their own country". I think this would be a good approach. Everyone now is thinking veteran's rights.
He wasn't shot! He did not step on a booby trap! He is dying and is in pain most of the time. He was exposed to Agent Orange whilst doing service to his country. He is not a dope dealer. He is not a criminal. He is a man that put his life on the line because he loves his country. Don't let the law catch this guy, who is doing nothing other than trying to ease the pain so he can live the rest of his life kinda like other people, they will put him in jail. They will rip his medicine out of the ground and while they were at it, rip the heart right out of his chest, because that military man loves his country.

I will try to find some graphics to support this.If you want.

But you know what, I can't believe that noone else has contributed to this.
Do you think that you have to be an artist or something to participate?
Well, if you think that, think again, because that's not so.
Anybody can contribute ANYTHING. Maybe you don't want to be a part of this because you don't want to be aligned with this particular project, that's cool, then start up one you do want to be a part of. It doesn't matter in the end, because we're all working towards the same goal. Remember this is for the greater good.
And if you're one of those types that think, "I can't really help, cuz it's just little ole me", consider this, it takes ONE little candle to light up a room. If you think about that then think about how many stoners are in the world, let alone the members here, that's a mighty burning sun. not a candle.
If we can band together and shine bright enough and hard enough, we can make the politicians shed the corrupt laws that clothe and bind us.
We can be free.

So, pull up your bootstraps, GP, and holla if ya hear me.

peace,
theFATMAN

Thank you WB. You are so very right.
If you could do that it would be terrific.
A point many involved in legaliztion are not maybe educated to.
WB, maybe you could post some information on this to help educate members and the general public. Unless we know about it, we can't help
even if we want to. The more the better.

Peace my friend, peace.

I have always loved the banner "above the ignorance"...perhaps the reason that this thread has been kind of slow is not for lack of good or original ideas, but rather Norml already serves as such a great organization and umbrella for our collective efforts...I always thought that a new campaign on GP's part would be energy better spent contributing to a big organization that has muscle and lobbiest and all that kind of stuff, rather than splintering into smaller enclaves...just a thought

Exclamation

We could try to work out a deal with sponsers such as Nirvana and HIDHut to include a GP flyer in every order that they fill, be it for a member of this site or not. The flyer could discuss the failed war on drugs, the injustice of the "justice" system toward medicinal users, the unreal sentences imposed as opposed to other crimes which involve true victims (not just people making choices for themselves), the fact that the war on drugs has really been a war on civil liberties, etc. Of course, the flyer would have to mention GP as an online community working for the freedom to chose, and that all statements on the flyer are the opinions of the community and blah, blah, blah. We would need to be sure we cover the sponser's butts for this radical BS from a bunch of no good druggies trying to bring down civilization.....
