Default problems with my ladies ( and guys )

hi everyone,

first of all i couldnt find the right forum to post this. si i figured here is as good a place as any...

ok ill let the pics speak for themselves... just a short history is in order...
up until a week ago i had no problems, they were fine just a little root bound but for the moment i couldnt do anything, the also had mites, some aphids and these black crawly things that scraped up the surface of the leaves.

i bought a universal pesticide, and while i was at it a bought some solid fertilizer pellets..

now i treated the plant like if it was growing in the dirt...

so now from a week back, the leaves have started to fall out from the bottom up.. and the new leaves are curling up, whilst others are blackening and also falling off... id have prefered the mites, cause now 1 of em is just stem with growing tips... anyway... ill show ya....

Ileso, I am going to move this thread over to the hospital section. I would say it looks like nute burn or some kind of burn. What did you give them? and what kind of bug stuff did you use? I would flush out what ever you gave them if you can. (three times the amount of soil, of ph'ed 6.8 water, and run it through till it is all gone. and dispose of the water on your garden, not mj plants)

And if those are those solid plant grow spikes, get them the hell out of there, buddy!

Hold on till others speak up, but start with that.

Ileso, these are just road bumps. Not to worry, once you have an indoor harvest under your belt, I bet you will want to do it again and again. Plus you will gain a lot on how to treat your babies outside. Patiants my friend, patiants. It is all learning and you are not alone!

Peace

ok, now the leaves are curling down like ram horns ,.. the strange thing is that the vietnamese ones arent suffering and they got the same treatment? is it normal that some strains will react differently to nutes? ill try to flush them today but that wont be eAsy..

but why do the leaves fall off?

maybe i should chop it up and clone it?

ileso,
Did you veg indoors and just set them outdoors to bloom.
If so part of the problem might be from HEAT SHOCK along with NUTE BURN,
be careful not to OVER/UNDER WATER your ladies these will cause similar effects.
(Is it hard to walk with balls that big/having your plants out in plain view like that is a dangerous place)
GOOD LUCK &
Happy Trails

yes ileso, every strain has it's own needs, some need heavy nutes that
would severly burn other strains

sorry i can't help with the problem you're having now, i grow inside only
so i've got no experience dealing with the problems faced outside.

Does your soil mix have good drainage? It sounds like over watering, to me. However, with the bugs you're trying to get rid of, it could be a reaction to the pesticide. Since I have been incredibly lucky, never having to deal with any kind of pest, in my garden, I don't feel qualified to give a good answer. The overgrow faq's may have the info you need.

With all you gave those plants, and you say at this stage you would be planting them outside. Are you saying they are root bound in the pots they are in now? Also, if they are then that could be why they look so sick. As well as what you gave them. Check to see if they are root bound in the pots, and flush them as I said. It could help. Also check here:

http://www.greenpassion.org/f16/plan...ietzsche-2102/

and see if you can find what it seems to be. and get back to us.

Hope it helps babes. These plants are tough so they will recover if there is any life in them.

Peace
