Doja,
Damn...well, it doesn't look like powdery mildew, and considering the buds it could be bud rot. Were it me I would definately take that one cola off, and get the heat and humidity dropped in there.
Hopefully one of the long time growers who have seen this first hand can jump in here.

I would do as ISO says. How long has the plant been in flower? Once you harvest your plant you have to sterilize everything or it will come back on your next plant. Hope some one else chimes in here.

Hey Smoke,That looks like mold or a spider that build it's nest.I would say it's more likely mold then bugs.If it's the one bud take it off just below the mold.and look and be sure you got it all.Put a fan in there moving air around too.The more the air moves the less chance of mold. You got the power back on and you should have the grow room humidity down around 38% and the temps down to a least 75 degree.they will recover fast.Just keep that good eye of yours on them and you will be fine.Sorry to here the power problem. After this harvest I would wash down the room with bleach and soap water and spair a fungus killer around the grow room too.Mold is a bad thing to have anytime. It can cause you to get sick.If you control the humidity you control the mold.Hope that helped. Peace

Toke,
I'm having a hellova time with humidity too, damn it. I fight it all day to keep it around 55%, but at times it hits 70% in there, and not a thing I can do about it as the DE-humidifier is running full tilt most of the time.
I watch the kids like a worried mama bear, too, and so far all is well. Harvesting one this afternoon...will let ya know if I have any issues.
Doja,
I agree with Toke...in fact, my first thought was that is some kind of spider nest...so cut that critter off and hopefully it's just some lazy, stoned spider looking for some good bud to nest in...

Awww!!
The upside is, you caught it before it could spread. (I hope)
It is experiences like this that help put the grit in garderners.

Had it happen the last grow,The monster bud that weight 4.59 oz had mold.Lost 2.6oz of it.Hey iso the only thing you can do is put a ac unit in with them if you dont already have one going. Here in fla it a pain in the you know what to keep the humidity down.If you can cool the air and move it around. then it's easyer lower the humidity.Peace

you really need rh at 40% max during flowering and better to have about 30% during critical last few weeks with plenty of air movement in the room.
mold will spread as they are airborne spores.
one way to eridicate mold issues is to invest in an ozone generator as this kills all airborne spores mold etc etc etc.
but downside is too much ozone will also kill plants especially smaller ones.
bummer man i feel for ya.
