What are you feeding it?
What is the PH of the water?
What kind of light are you using?
How far from the light is the plant?
Do you have drainage holes in that cup?

Im just feeding it plain bottled water, i dont have PH tester but i would believe its decent to use. theres 4 CFLS on it, 2 daylight 15w and 1 23 watt and 1 26 watt soft white CFL. The lighting fixture is mounted on top of the case ( i took your advice Shaman in a prevoius post and got rid of the fluros and got CFLS) so i took some pots ill be using to transplant in and jacked the plant up bout 2-3 inches from the light, BUT do to circumstances the other day i had to let the cup sit at the bottom of the case about 28" away, then i put it back to 2-3 inches later about 18 hours later, i really didnt want to do that to maybe cause stress on the plant but i had too :( . The cup im using drains properly, sometimes it seems to drain too fast.. ( i did make sure it wasnt going down the sides of the containter).
thanks for the post guys, more help is welcome!

thanks for the post guys, more help is welcome! | okay, to CFLs you need 6500K light temp. for the job. that the seed leaves fall of is normal and takes more or less time till occur depending on the strain.
Drainage is vital!! always go with big hole then have your babies roots root away - that wouldn't be nice or?! little light stress will not do such damage - some stretching maybe but not this. you would have to burn the plant with your CFL to do that. beside, with CFLs the plant should be not more then 2" from the bulb.
