Hey saturnliiy,Ok your room is 8x10x10 feet= 800 squard cubic feets. There's are alot of things you need to post,How many plants, what kind of lights. Here's a chart that gives you rates of co2 for your size room.Great infor too.The max ppm's of co2 is 1500 and the air has an average 300ppm's of co2. 2000 ppm's and the plants will die.Set tanks regulator for 10 cu.ft. per hr and the time to emit co2 is 4.8 mins to reach 1500 ppm's.You will do this about 2 or 3 times with lights on only. How long the co2 lasts in the room is by the temps. When the temps get 80dregee the fans kicks on.With a room that size about 2 or 3-20 lb tanks a grow. Here's something you want to read and it has the charts too{simplyhydro.com/using_cos.htm}.My next cab grow will be with co2 but it is a small area.I dont know but a co2 genrator may be cheper to run for a room that size.Hope that help's Peace
