anyone ever use cloneing gell to root there seeds? i threw a seed in a cup of gel2 root and its sprouted and is growing,,,,,,

I haven't...but I could see that working. In my hempy experiment...I germed those seeds in just the perlite, worked really well. I think I'm going this route in the future because my paper towel method has turned to a petri dish a number of times. I'm thinking cause I must have touched the towel without washing my hands.

I do wonder if the root gel method would help the hard to crack seeds though?

they should crack once they have swolen, absorbed enough liquid. very neat. did it seem to make a dif once planted?
