OK Growers -
we all have heard them and some of us have tried them
What are those crazy techniiques that you have tried and found to be wanting or worse hurt your plants?
let's set the record straight - you know what I talking about
two days in dark before harvest, snaping the stalk a day before havest, hanging them upside down only to dry...let's separate the wheat from the chaff or at least have some fun discussing these gems - in advance let's admit few of us had the resources to do controlled experiments but there is planty of expereince and wisdom out there so share if you would like

This is prolly way old but here goes. This goes back 30 years ago I was told this. Putting birth controls pills in the soil of a plant would make it grow bigger.
I never did this of course. I also remember joking about smoking that stuff and having itchy nipples after. LOL

Nails in the stems or soil. Supposed to direct the magnetic field into the plant. I had a magnetic back belt, once. Didn't help the back pain, at all.

They stripped the fan leaves off their plants and I did not. I got almost double of what they did. The leaves are the food factories of the plant so no food, no buds.

Hey Medicinecloset! You forgot the part about boiling the roots before hanging them upside down to loosen up the resin first!

Hi Jangel! I have a frieng that does the same thing you said. Her yield allways sucks but she thinks she makes her smoke stronger by removing all the leaves and bending branches and generally stressing her plants. Cant convince her to stop yet! I have one of her clones and Im going to grow it out this summer and show her the stress is not an advantage!!
