Default heres one for you

This is a technique, that I use all the time.
I'm sure theres a name for it, but if there is, I don't know what it is.

When your plant(s) are into flowering, and you want your lady to concentrate on the main cola....
take the stem inbetween your fingers, (right below where the cola begins) and roll it, till you hear/feel it breaking inside the stem.

Don't actually break it in half, inside the stem, you'll feel it breaking inside the stem.
In a few days you'll see the effected area swell up.

That's it, thats all there is to this.

After you are done, the plant will know that it is wounded and will concentrate on repairing itself, by sending all it's energy to that spot. Any buds nearby will benefit from the increased energy to that area. Than you can get toasted!
Peace

I do that and then bend the stem over, in veg. It keeps my plants lower than my fence in the summer. I'll try it, on my garage grow. Without bending. Thanks for the tip.

I have always heard that you bend it but don't break it. Bend just to the point of breaking but back off before breaking because some strains react badly to stress/damage to the plant.

Hey vm, It's called super cropping. I only use this technique outdoors. My indoor ladies get pampered.

FIM is when you nip back just the inside leaves of a bud at the top and then get 2 to 6 new tips coming out of that. It is like topping but not the whole bud, just the inside.
