I am growing in 2 seperate rooms easc room is 8+8+8,In veg i have 2 400w mh But flower I have 1 1000w hps They run off 2 seperate breakers is this ok,or do i need to run dedicated breakers just for the light?Because i have 1 light and 1 fan on 1.And 2 lights and 2 fans on the other

It just depends on what else is on the circuit. If there is nothing or little else, you should be fine. (Or if you don't run any high power things during flower time, etc.) If you start noticing brown outs in your home or your wires start to get hot, it's time for a new circuit.

You can actually calculate your total power needs per circuit.
