|  Inserts for your cups They charge over 1.00 each for those inserts...I have a three inch hole saw on my drill that I use to cut the holes out in the top of the totes. You're left w/ a 3 inch piece that will fit perfect in your cup. Take all the pieces you cut out and clamp them together...then I put a one inch hole through all of them...then take a saw and cut through one side until you reach the middle hole. Un-clamp them and they are ready...they will go around the stem now and also give room for growth.

| I am using foam picnic plates Cut a hole in the middle and slit them up the from the middle to the edge. Separate the slit and put them around the stalk. The white reflects to the bottom of the plant.
