honey hash oil Extractor

This is my mobile honey hash oil extraction kit DIY style

ok here we go .
you can get these parts at orchard supply home depot lowes or just your local hard ware store.
Cost for me $23

Parts manifest
1- 1 1/2" x 11" galvinised steel pipe threaded at both ends
1- 1 1/2" galv. steel threaded end cap
1- 1 1/2" to 1/2" funnel style down size fitting
1- 1/2" x 6" black steel pipe threaded at both ends
1- 1/2" brass ball valve
1- 1/2" roll of thread seal tape
coffee filters (if you can get the brown natural ones go for them. if not no biggie get the regular ones)
Ok Set up time
first thing get all your parts and clean them with hot water and soap
ok now put thread seal tape on the ends of the threads on both pipes
drill a small hole in the 1 1/2" end cap just big enough for the little tube from the butane can fits snug
now attach the 1 1/2" cap on to the 1 1/2" pipe and tighten it
now add your product (ground buds / shake / leaves / trim) what ever you use
this thing can hold alot . it is a good idea to fill it at least 3/4 of the way
cut the center out of a coffee filter and put it in the mouth (inside) of down size pipe
and screw it on tightly to the 1 1/2" pipe
then screw the black steel pipe in to the downsize pipe remember to use thread seal tape on ALL of the threads
now screw the Brass 1/2" ball valve on and close it

from here on out NO SMOKING anything at all Seriously
ok find a good pyrex bowl or lasagna dish and rap the extractor in a towel or wear thick gloves
it gets ridiculously cold quick .
this will take 2 cans sometimes to get all the oil out if you fill it up
first ground yourself out and wear shoes
with the ball valve closed insert and hold the butane can tightly to the end cap hole
wait about 15 seconds to build a good pressure in the extractor (it can take it hence galv. steel and thread seal tape)
slowly bleed the gas out by slightly opening the ball valve keep the can in the end cap hold down tight until it is all the way empty
and if a second can is needed then switch them ot after first one is completely empty.
you will bleed this into the pyrex dish and if alot is in there at the end of first can or start of second a thick oil will run out the ball valve
this is your oil repeat as many times as you want then you will set you pyrex dish in a sink of hot water the excess will burn off quick as you have very little waste liquid with this extractor.scrape the dish with a razor blade and drip on a bowl or blunt and enjoy. i usually do 12 cans at a time 1oz per can and end up with 1.1grams of oil per oz so about 13-14 oz at a time
please be as smart as possible it is super dangerous but well worth it!

cool man how much dry material do you use on a normal run?

well in mine i use about 2.5 ground up oz per run but i usually have alot to use so i fill it up about 12 times every time a make it.
the better the trim the better the oil!
