Talking Free HID lighting

Well these cost me two 20oz Mountain Dews...free enough for me. They told me to take all 24 of them they took out of a entrance canopy of a retail space.

So I would try to make friends with a commercial/industrial electrician. If you don't have one yet. I've past up more lighting fixtures (really nice ones) than you can imagine working on retail remodels.

These are 175 watt HID and I took a few extra ballast just in case. Just got to mount, rewire, new bulbs.

Peace.

Another good method for finding leftover lights is to simply hit new construction sites as soon as fences go up, especially if they're tearing down any older buildings to make way for new development, often when new houses go up on an existing street, they replace the older street lamps with new models. Street lamps are the treasure trove find, most of them use a 1000W HPS.
