Printer optional its more so for people who like to write verse type (dam hippies and old people) attached is a quick fix for those that are missing some organized form of record keeping. If you find i missed some thing or you want to add something make the changes your self and attached it to this thread it will help. Also since i use this format i have it all saved in a file that has sub files for pics of that week so i can keep track of it all. And im super lazy and just use this as a template its only good for 3 weeks as is you need to add more sheets to it and just play copy paste. Best thing i like about excell is that you can fiddle with the row and column size to best fit you.

Also optional equipment (why the hell not) Binder, Sharpie, PENCIL NO PEN (can you say eraser), 3-hole punch (or be one of the kool kids and just buy it pre-punched), Ream of Paper = total cost $30 bucks w/3 hole punch $20 if you cheat with pre-punched paper.
