Default DIY electrical light raiser

Hey, this is for everyone that is often in the need to raise their lights, especially those with the build in ballast, but have a hard time doing it.

found this in an Urban grower grower show:


they used some screw loops and broomstick or rod fixed to a power drill pulling up the lights and a nail used as stopper, so pretty easy to build

the video doesn't seem to work. but if you go to youtube and type in "super cropping" it should be one of the first videos to come up. its part of an Urban Grower episode from december 2006.
