Rep Power: 366 | | DIY Aeroponics System~;`Hatch Style`;~
Hey All What's Up!!!
Ok, I'm Going To Show You All How I Build My Aeroponic Pod's, Alot Of People Woulds Call Them NFT (Nut Film Tech.) On Steroids.
Here Are A Few Of The Tool's I Use, The 2" Hole Saw Is What I Cut The Hole's For The Basket's In The Top's, I Use The Drill Bit's 1/8 & 5/64 To Drill & Tap For The Mister's In The PVC. The Other Thing's Are A Mister, A PVC Cap Drilled & Tapped & Some Of The Different Connector's I Use For The Riser's & Mister's.
Cheap In-Line Filter, You Can Get At Wally World.
Here Are The RubberMaid Tub's I Like To Use For My Vegging & Flowering Plant's, These Are 14Gal. I Get Them At HomeDepot Or Lowe's.
Some Of The Top's I Use, Cloning, Vegging & Flowering.
OK, Now We Can Get Into The Mister Bar. I Like To Use Riser's So The Nut. Mix Get's Misted On The Basket's & On The Top Of The Root's & Drain's Down.
A Few Shot's Of Them In Action, It Is Hard To Catch The Fine Mist That They Will Make. In The Veg. & Flower Chamber's I Have 4-Pod's In Each, With 7-Mister's In Each Pod, That's 28 Mister's & I Like To Have A Pump That Is Capible Of 1400 GPH, As You Can See It Mixes The Nut.'s, Water & Oxygen Very Nice, When Light's Are On The Pump Come's On Every Hour & A Half For 15Min., Then When Light Of Every Four Hour's For 15Min... | | The Following 5 Users Say Thank You to Hatch For This Useful Post:

Rep Power: 201 | | Nice work Hatch. For the sake of all future Aero heads or Hatch heads ( soon to be known as ). Turn this thread into a sticky for future reference. Heck, if I had someplace with a/c, I'd build one. Thanks Hatch. | | The Following User Says Thank You to Zigzagman For This Useful Post:

Let Me Ask You This, Are You Going For Aeroponic's Or Aero-Bubbler-Ponics?
The Reason, If Aeroponics, You Will Need A Separate Tub For The Res. If Aero-Bubbler-Ponic's It's Like A DWC & You Can Use Just One Tub.
