Default DIY Aeroponics - Need Help Determining What Size Pump to Use

I'm a newbie and this is my first post. I bought a DIY cloner kit on eBay. It's a copycat of the Clone Machine 25 with a few modifications. After testing it I'm certain the 526 GPH pump that came with it way too powerful. This is my setup:

15x15x13 container with 25 cell sites
526 GPH pump
H Style manifold
13 - 360 degree EZ-Clone style red misters
3.5 gallon water capacity filled part way up the bottom of the manifold

My set up looks similar to this much larger system: Cheap And Easy DIY Aeroponics–Less than 30 mins! | Strainreview.com. Imagine this style manifold with 13 misters built to fit a small square base with a water capacity of only 3.5 gallons when filled part way up the bottom of the manifold.

I am still learning about aeroponics but have read enough to know that these systems should create a fine mist but my system is pumping so much water it sounds like it's raining inside. Bigger pumps heat the water more so this is also a major concern for me. Imagine a 526 GPH pump operating in only 3.50 gallons of water.

Can anyone recommend a better size replacement pump for this 3 1/2 gallon capacity system?

You Have The Right Pump, You Want It To Be Raining Mist Inside, It Will Not Heat Up The Water If It Only Runs 15min. Every Hour Or every Other Hour.

Every 7-Misters You Need 250gph Pump, You have 13-Misters, With A Pump A Little Over 500gph That's Perfect.

Hey there everyone, I'm from NZ (New Zealand) and am in the process of setting up an aeroponics system also and am interested in all aspects of this system and look forward to reading more about it.
