Each evening (and day) I go to Google and hit "news" at the top, then search for "marijuana", getting the latest updates from around the globe.

Tonight it seems a trend is really starting with the Fed's, and local PD's in some areas, along with a big report that the Fed's are saying bud is getting stronger (we're just better at growing it), and that it just shows how horribly addictive and dangerous it is, leading to heroin use...which is all such bullshit it makes me wanna

Check it out for yourselves...there is a major push by those opposing legalization, starting out now. Seems there are about triple the usual number of arrests and large scale busts.

This actully has been going on for quite some time.. It's all the same old story propaganda breeds more propaganda and no one in politics is going to really argue it..Narcortics make the goverment money they can bring it in and trade the trafficing of these harder drugs (coke, herion, meth ) and trade it for things that are kept off the books.

I seen that last night on yahoo that MJ has gotten stronger .... i never laughed so hard i think it means there just busting better growers or more of the samples are finding there way back to evidence rather then in some dea agents bong.

More then likely i will never see MJ legalized in my lifetime , for one simple reason for it to happen alot of people would have to admit they were wrong. AS we all know politicians don't do that , they put a spin on things and make it worse. The movement will survive this as it has everything else in the past by doing the same thing growers have done for years... Dig deep and stay covert....

as we picking up strength and people start notice that their is something about all that propaganda that simply doesn't add up - so the reaction of them is to crank it up even more. and now the question, if they react too late they come after a peak of people noticed and this will backfire. so lets hope that we not the only ones out there that doesn't buy this BS anymore and fuel the blowback.

I am fed up with the way people are being treated over such a harmless and beneficial herb. It is absurd. I have just begun to look into how I can be active in this fight. Any advice is more than welcome.
