Guy gets put through roadside DUI check, passes but gets tasered and arrested anyway



By the way, he just pick up his mom and was on the way home (she gets out at 3:21 only to be pushed back into the car)

Is there any reasons to doubt that this wasn't a case of bored kops conspire to attack and cause physically harm to an average citizen for the fun of it?

Here one the use in Daytona Beach,they call it a sifter.It's part of the flashlite they carry.They stop you come up to your car and when you roll down the window they stick it in the window and push the button if the red led light comes on you go to jail.The flash lite has two leds in it and the bright lite it is.Red and green leds.This how the DUI lawer said to do.when they come up to your car lock the doors and keep the window rooled up.When he,she asks for your diver lic and insur card just crack the window and push them out to him and leave the window up.You can talk to them through the crack in the window and you dont get into trouble doing so.It hard to tass you through a window.Cops think they are the higher power and they are not.I have sied afew of them for there actions.Won one time.but a law sueit go's on the financial record for life.It makes it harder for them to buy houses and to get loans.It show that they have a problem with doing there job the right way.They could be sued again and again and the loan poeple will be a scare to loan them money.Besides that the cop has tobe in court evey time too.Mess him up good for the first three times postphone the case.He'll have to go every time and the cheif ant going to like it having to cover his shift.Not all cops are bad just about 99% of them. That's just my opinion. Peace

Could you explain me this once more toke? They stick their flashlight into your car if you roll down the window and if they happen to switch in the red LED you end up in jail for DUI?! How on earth do they pull this one???! I mean if seen plenty of wicked things kops pull on you on DUI stops from uncalibrated Breathalyzers to covering up the cam so it can't record your perfect walk on the line - but this sounds like a game of kop roulette where you the one to lose each and every time.

there is a bar around where I live that has the bouncers go outside and put electric tape in an X on your headlights so when your driving home the cops know you were at the bar and pull you over... I had a buddy that worked there so I always took the tape off, still a bunch of crap

that would be reason enough for me to let this business go down - at least they wouldn't see me again till they stop this s***! An bar that trades it customers out to the police is a bar that needs to be closed - if your customers are not anymore able to drive get them a cab and not a night in jail
