Long time reader, and first time poster. I have found this site to have more mature med users, and recreation users w/ great admins. I have read many posts and plan to have my own medical crop soon. I would like to share this news, and the out right disregard for law by our California law enforcement officers. This is the card that the state Police are issued regarding MMJ patience's. Welcome to GP! Glad you decided to join us. I believe the paper you posted but I dont believe they all follow it. It really depends on what part of Cali you are in. Where I live the Man knows I grow outdoors and does not hassle me at all. In Kern Co its a whole nother story. You can have a dipensary in another Co and still go to jail for pot sales in Kern because you had a quantity in your possesion for your dispensary. Then once again in the San Fran area you can posses up to 99 plants in some of their countys when the state limit is only 6 plants. I have persoally talked to Ca State Sheriffs that dont like the peoples vote to be ignored because they believe in the constitution!
