Mayor's house raided on the belief that he was a marijuana distributor. He, his wife, and his mother-in-law were handcuffed and their family dog was shot and killed. After the police found no wrong doing, there was a press conference and the mayor said: "A shadow was cast over our good names, and we were harmed by the very people who took an oath to protect us."

Pretty smelly anyways, couldn't be that someone of LEO placed these in the Calvo's mail. come on, it is not like someone would ship oz packs across the place by normal mail or is the pot price now totally thru the roof?!! That doesn't makes any sense.

Well, the big question now: Who is next in this madness, the local police chief maybe? would be a good one at least...

Who has 32 lbs to mail out to "stolen identities"? Me or you? If you did would you be so foolish to mail a small fortune just anywhere? NO.

The answer is the police. Who else has quantity to play with? Figure out what cop(s) had a grudge with this mayor.

possible, not the first time that cops planted a stash on someone and the 32lb makes it more likable - bet evidence vault been lacking 32lb back then.
