Marijuana - here at the first, will be here at the last.
This one made me laugh, too, only because here they say the "6,000 to 10,000 plants. The plants ranged in height from one-foot to seven-feet" are worth about 1 Million, yet, 104 lbs. of bud on another case was worth $4.7 million???
6000 plants? LOL! Birds are going to eat a seed or 2, crap them out elsewhere and we'll have wild crops of Cannabis Ruderalis growing across America...again!

Marijuana patch gets the hatchet
About four acres of wild weed cut, burned
Susie Williams-Allen (405) 527-2126
Purcell, Ok -- Cultivated or just growing wild, that’s what law enforcement wondered after a rancher discovered marijuana growing on his ranch.
The McClain County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by a rancher saying he had found what appeared to be marijuana growing.
A look at the patch revealed approximately four acres with 6,000 to 10,000 plants. The plants ranged in height from one-foot to seven-feet.
“It was determined the marijuana was a wild patch,” Detective Dan Huff with the sheriff’s office said.
The undisclosed location gave sheriff’s officials a day or two of work after they started chopping the wild weeds down. These will be burned.
After chopping and clearing what they can, chemicals may be used to eliminate the rest of the crop.
Huff said it was determined the four acres wasn’t a cultivated crop.
“If it was cultivated and groomed, the street value would have been around $1 million,” he said. “This was not the case with this particular field.”
The difference between the wild weed growing and the cultivated marijuana plants is the THC content. Huff said the THC content in this particular patch is estimated at one percent instead of the four to eight percent of cultivated marijuana.
