Sure makes you wonder. My son came for a visit and had $5,000 in cash. If he had been stopped by police, what might they have thought about that large amount of cash? He was already scheduled (at that time) to do a short time in jail for pot charges. I'm sure they would have been convinced he was a drug dealer. All the money was though was his tax return money. :-( How sad that it's come to this.

This is absoloutely ridiculous. People are far too anal these days and need to calm down about things. The man was carrying money!! What is the big deal with that?!?! Why would you ever be detained for having money? That just blows my mind.

Well, I just watched the video and it appears that these security guards over reacted and over stepped their authority. The individual was released without further incident so, other than being harassed, I don't see anything to get upset about.

How about the 4th, 5th, and 10th ammendments, and a suit against the TSA and the federal government challenging the Patriot Act and it's UNconstitutionality. Enough for starters?? Nim
