They now have footage from the actual incident , This is disturbing , They smashed the guys window and shot him with the tazer while he's still in the drivers seat screaming and yelling. They state in the video that he was being detained because he simply would not "OBEY" the officer.

This Pastor just didn't want to obey, as he was ordered without proper reason to leave his car - well what happened then the video shows you well. the smashed the passenger window and tasered him, then dragged him out and put the PR-24 to use - the face of the pastor tells the story without a word spoken.

with the video now out, are the officers getting reviewd, or anything? any charges on the pastor, or the officers?

well they thrown the usual stuff at the pastor and he is now collecting money for his legal defense - so far no charges against the officers that did this as far as i know.

I saw the opposing arguement, they were saying hes an extreme Christian Baptist on a Zealous rampage, by refusing to be searched each time hes gone through the checkpoint. I guess they think not obeying everything said from someone with a costume an shiny badge and gun leads to what happened. Reminds me of the previous Bart murder before Oscar Grant. That kid was a scary black man who said something to the officer and turned to walk away. The officer said he went for, what he thought was a gun in the train tracks and shot him from behind and got zero charges

As soon as one of these terrorist gets a batch and a gun they run amok - like these undercover rats that shot up a van of an wedding party in NY a couple years ago and got away with that, it just makes me sick. Hope the pastor can sue them silly

We all need to wake up and see where this country is going! most people are so into video games,sports and what they can get for free they do not care as long as they get something for free. They are willing to sale there freedom for freebees that some one else pays for. We need to take back our country!!
