Subscribed Threads Bug

Hi, I receive an email DESPITE changing in my options not to be notified by email. and I dont want to enable, no subscription to stop this.

I thought this was on my end but Ive checked my email a couple times today with green passion still sending me updates to my subscriptions despite disabling this in Default Thread Subscription Mode

You Can Also Change It If You Use "Post Reply" Or "Go Advanced" And Scroll Down To "Thread Subscription"
