im having mad problems loading pics. i get an error message file to large or something else. im so confused.

Yea, I got it too. Do you have a photo editing program. If you do you want to resize the pic. use the 640X480 setting. Then in the advanced reply menu click on the attach clip button and go for it. It doesn't like big pics tho it tries to reduce them itself thats why it takes so long.
