they started having a selection a "moods" and we could pick one if we wanted. I thing it would be cool if we could do that and we could use these guys
and if they we'rent enough we could use these guys too

I was Eeyore, a tick gloomy a few days ago....today I am Tigger. been bouncin' about all day , cleaning house and baking cakes.
These guys sum my mood up today as well..

im not the only one who identifies moods with our friends from the 100 acre woods behind Christopher Robin's house. Yesterday, i was definately Eeyore, but today I am Pooh. Most of the time, im pooh, but i visit each character as needed.. lol

Today I was most definitely Piglet. Spent the day with my boss, who is a bit intimidating,lol. Felt like Piglet in her presence.

although, sometimes i was a little Eeyore because my friends bird is sick and I haven't heard if she is alright or not. I hope I hear soon. So, Im Pooh when he is being very earnest.. lol

a lot of bosses make their employees feel like that deliberately so that they are easier to supervise. not nice..

I worked in a factory owned by a large corporation. They sent their supervisors to "charm school" where they learned things like "if you're nice to them they'll take advantage of you."
That fostered an us vs them mentality which lowered production long term. The company changed their attitude to one of "working together" several years later; it took quite a while for everyone to change their attitudes, but production eventually did improve.

Well, it did take everyone working together to get Pooh thru that hole..

I remember working at places where the boss would call folks into his office and yell and scream at them. I would listen to that idiot thinking, "Oh, yeah, he's gonna work real hard for you now, buddy.. NOT!
