Default How about adding a special board for Bittorrents?

I have many videos and ebooks/resources I've collected and would love to share with other fellow Green Passion people. Perhaps it would take off and others would be willing to contribute as well. At the least it would fuel further discussion.

Does anyone use Bittorrent and interested in this? I'm even willing to write up a small FAQ for newbies to understand how it works, but because some of my videos are full length DVDs like from High Times, I avoid places like megashare where you're limited to how much you can upload/download.

I think its a great idea baywatch, You should do it. Do you have a private server where you could host them from? Bittorent is a very powerful program and the things you can do with it is mind blowing. Download full length movies to full album collections and a lot more at your own risk of getting some piracy lawsuits. But cutting to the point it can be an excellent tool for sharing his media files.

As much as I am for file sharing, I would have to vote against this one. It's just not practical. First, this site is not a `tracker`, and would not be able to support torrents directly, if there is an add on that would enable this, then really, the files shared should deal with cannabis and MMJ(I think that's what you meant anyway ;-) ), anything else could compromise security. Of course I doubt it is available, but, bottom line, it isn't needed. Great idea, otherwise of course.

One word: rapidshare

What about size restrictions you say? Then split the movies into two smaller parts and zip 'em up. It's not that bad, really.
