Hi folks. We have an announcement we feel it is the time to make.

As of November 13 Green Passion was purchased by myself and Jonnyappleweed. We wanted to get our feet under us, and work on getting familiar with different aspects of the site. Our goals are the same as they have always been, to legalize our herb and educate and help growers, recreational and medicinal. We want Green Passion to be the best it can be and look foreward to achieving that with all of your help in the future.

I hope you will all work along with us, as you have in the past, to achieve this.

We are looking foreward to this experiance with excitment.

This will be interesting guys!

And a Hell of a lot of fun!

We have some great things coming up, and I am sure you will enjoy our plans.

If it was you that sent me that email and if what you say is true then thats disturbing to say the least,remember anytime you guys want a partner holla at me.I did want to invest in GP but ONLY with one of the GP members or mods and Vid says no one wanted to or could afford it so you can imagine my surprise when i heard you guys bought into it,lol.

Im buildingmy own site for the seed shop right now with a customer forum and maybe an arcade for fun,et. The ONLY thing that stopped me from buying GP PERIOD was Vids constant refusal to show me ANY sort of proof of ownership,thats a huge red flag to any business man aquiring a site,he even refused to send a letter of intent which is tangible evidence for me in court in case things go pear shaped and i even offered to pay the fee!!He wrote some not so true things on here which i asked him to edit as they were outright lies but i didnt even check to see if he did or not,im happy for you guys if all is well.... but any seller who cant show a buyer proof that he actually owns what hes selling is either not the owner or has no business acumen,thats like me saying to you i will sell you a 50% share in coca cola and when you ask to see my shares i refuse and instead demand that you hurry up and put the cash in mny paypal account!Thats how it went down with me and Vid contrary to what he says,anyway not here to cos bad vibes,i wish you both well and jangel i do hope that email i just recieved from you was a hoax from Vid and NOT the truth....

I managed to log in okay on my portable proxy SIM card modem so the sites not crashed,if it is going to then best warn members and send them all to Growkind.com until things get sorted out,we got plenty love for y'all,hell your even stealingour precious snicklefritz away from us!!!Hes our vB genius dont y'all know,we NEED him,lol....wassup snick

So would the real jangel please stand up cos someone just sent me an email with some disturbing GP news in it which i wont post in case its a machavellian character out to casuse GP some trouble ,but if it is true then you know what to do.

I remember there was an option like that and personally I didn't like it at all.so the more I'm happy to get to know it's You who took over.

Let us know please if you need any help from us.I understand running and developing site like this one needs contribution of all the members and may be challenging in some areas, especially financially. So never hesitate to ask for members' contribution and I know we'll all do our best to give our help and support.

Just bare with us, guys, we have much help offered and unfortunately some people where not as upfront with info as they should of been. Just so GP knows, in the past month we have paid all the bills to current and pre paid some, all major things have been transferred to us, and just some kinks to work out. We will get this sorted, just be patiant. I will check out what is happening with uploads etc. when I get the chance. Do not foreget, we already have a great team of staff here, as well as wonderful members, and we will pull this baby out of the fire. And also remember, we are just people too, with jobs and expenses so be patiant with us.

Your privacy is/was never ever in danger. No one will do anything to the members, of course. We are doing our very very best to continue on, with what we all have to do.

I have been trying to block "back doors" and ghost memberships all morning. Pretty complete so far. And we have helping hands coming on board as well, so not to worry. By this I mean other mods from sites Jonny and I have made gestures of friendship to, in order for all of our genre to join together. Growkind for one, and hopefull, Cannacare for 2, as well as others. I hope also HGS will support us if we need it, as I feel they also will fit under this umbrella in time.

No fear Shinning. The "crazies" are just some childish games to get someone's own way. Just like with my kids, it will not work. I think they where probably pretty shocked jonny got it all back up so quickly. We are not dumb, maybe inexperianced, but we learn fast!

We have not done anything wrong. The info promised was not forthccoming and we got upset. And rightly so. Never ever did we want this to happen. I hope you all can understand this. It was not our choice for this to happen at all, ever.

It is pretty much over now. We hope!

IF ANYONE FINDS SOMETHING NOT WORKING, PLEASE CONTACT US RIGHT AWAY. WE NEED TO KNOW BEFORE WE CAN FIX IT.

Just fixing things that are taken down will take time, but we have help offered from others and will be back to our original position, we hope, very soon.

While it is true you wanted a letter of intent, it was/is YOUR responsbility to get one, and you NEVER offered to pay for it, you expected me to do so. That is not how business is conducted, sorry buddy.

BUT I'VE GOT IT COVERED
Here is the situation as we have it today,Videoman is in BREACH of contract and is holding the greenpassion DOMAIN NAME RANSOM
We believe we have closed up all the back doors.but there is a chance he could HI JACK the DOMAIN NAME,BUT we control the software program and the server and that's who we are. A name is just a name.
SO REST ASSURED THAT IF THIS HAPPENS WE WILL RISE FROM THE ASHES AS www.agreenpassion.org this is a safe DOMAIN NAME "I OWN IT"
And all of our files up to that point will be safe,and continue to build upon transfer of DOMAIN NAME.
Bare with us as we make this transition,and if we get shut down it will only be temporary and anyone can reach me at jonnyappleweed420@myspace.com

Jangel i soooo understand,Vid didnt keep one promise with me nor did he give me all the info i required like proof of ownership and also he failed to compromise with me or even meet me half way on ANY point of the deal so i know just what you and johnny have went thru!

Johnny no need to explain my friend but cheers anyway,you see contrary to whatever BS Vid said about me pulling out of the deal i pulled out purely cos of reasons that you and Jangel have mentioned in the above quotes,i told vid i wasnt paying into a paypal account without a letter of intent to sell in 28 days which i was paying for,i also asked him to use an escrow service instead of paypal cos so many ppl get scrwed via buying sites thru paypal.Vid never showed me his proof of ownership nor did he ever intend to send a letter of intent so i had some tangible evidence in my possessions,he also refused to make me privy to many other details that were essential to the buy ing of GP,i actually didnt want to outright buy it ,i even asked jangel(she was the only mod i knew at the time) if she could half in with me but at the time it was a no go....basically Vid raised more questions than he answered and the fact he didnt even know his site was on a private reg host called peer1 was disturbing for someone who claimed to own the site,i also told him that if i bought the site if he got no other offers that id leave the site as it was with the same mods,i even offered him 10% for free ,all i askked for was proof he owned the site and i told him that even once the deal was done what was to stop him from entering via a backdoor (theres a few,one on the server,the vB,etc) and when i mentioned this he went crazy saying i was calling him a conman when all i was doing was protecting my ass,lol....he raised to many red flags and i walked but im glad the site lives on and heres hoping that GP and GK can strike up a friendship,we already have a few of our guys over here and vice versa so all the best to you all and if y'all ever need an extra pair of hands on deck just holla but im sure y'all can do just fine!

Jangel im glad that WAS you i spoke to ,i will pm you and johnny about another matter laters but the main thing is cover all your backdoors....like johnny and jangel say,Vid didnt make good on any of his promises just the same as he didnt with me so its no surprise,im just glad you guys are savvy enough to know how to cover your asses....here ,passing the bong....who wants it,heres to the new and improved GP.Peace y'all
