Hello Folks. After some deep thought and fast typing I have contacted vid and we have settled our differences. This has gotten way out of hand and frankly, it was totally needless. That is unimportant now, and all I want is to sleep in peace without waking up panicking thinking GP has been taken down. This now will never happen.

Green Passion's domain name is now ours.

BUT it cost me dearly.

I can live with that. Although now it is Christmas and gifts will be scarce.

I too have kids and family. But hey, I have faith in the Universe and that all will work out the way it should.

We can now live in peace and not fear any hijinxes from anyone

Several of you have offered donations and if you could please come through for us now, it will not have to all come from me.

Dude, I am sick of your non stop whining, and judging by the emails I've gottemn, so are alot of the members here too. you continueto harbor bad feelings towards me, because reality is you couldnt raise the money needed in a timely fashion and god knows, I gave you plenty of time to do so, several months in fact of my time I allowed you to waste, doing nothing but play games with me.

Your silly letter of intent that you keep bringing up makes me sick to hear your lies, you know the letter would have cost more to have an attorney draft up, than the site cost and you REFUSED to pay for it.
I told you on many occassions to go ahead and have it written up at your expence, you never did.

This begs the question WHY? and the answer is easy, you had NO money and as such no right to even be trying to make a deal with me.
You tried to borrow the money from webby and you couldnt even do that in a timely fashion, and I gave you several months.

So now here you are kissing J and J's ass in the hopes of stealing a piece from them, so you can profit from selling the members here seeds, good luck with that act. Leave them alone and let them prosper.

So far as J and J and myself are concerned, as distasteful as it may seem, the three of us had a deal, and Lived to the letter of the deal, simple as that.

As this holiday season is approaching, your attitude is over whelming and I surely hope that karma does not turn around and kick you in the ass.

i just wanted to say one thing.....let us all remember who started this great site. i know there have been some problems with the transfer, and perhaps some relationships ruined.... but videoman did bring us all together. he still has a wealth of knowledge, and should still be given his credit. he was nice to me personally all the time. i just hope he is not turned away from this site from some threads that have popped up. lets put the past in the past, and just grow some dank weed eh? puff puff pass my friends

ileso i 100% agree and that TBH that last post was my initial outrage at hearing j and j's posts along with certain 'differences in opinion' me and Vid had on the same deal regarding buying GP,thats my final :2c: on the subject as a mod i heed your advice,i keep in touch other GP members/mods like jangel and some other nameless mods here(not snick at all BTW,we dont talk GP 'TALK' PERIOD!) who are GP mods via email and it just left a bad taste in my mouth.I got the upmost respect for jangel and johnny and wish the all the best and i will be here to contribute and support the site,even donations when i can,also congratulations on becoming a mod,the pays not great but its good to be part of a tight mod squad as snick and me can testify and im sure you will soon be able to aswell cos the mods here at GP seem cool.

I have no more to say on the whole Vid thing ileso,your a mod now and where i come from you take a mods 'friendly advice' as a warning of sorts not to further instigate the topic so i will respect you for that,besides i didnt become a mod elsehwee like yourself for being a liar or a troll,etc.KUDOS AMIGO.

#2: Vid the cash was there,webmaster at growkind offered it to me on a plate as snick can vouch but due to the fact i couldnt give webby the answers he was looking for due to the lack of info from you i didnt want to take a chane with mmy boss's hard earned cash,he offered me the cash and to buy the site and leave it as it is with the same ppl in charge,the money was ALWAYS there Vid so i strongly refute that,all said,its over and done with,as for all the GP members who are complaining to Vid in email/PM about me im sorry if iv offended but Vid painted a picture of me and he sorry not quite true,theres two sides to every story as we all know,im happy to share my side with any of the GP-ers that are annoyed by what i had to say,im a stand up guy (or webby/herb/snick and the GK mod squad would never have voted me mod,they KNOW i was 100% GENUINE in my dealings with you from what i posted in the admin forum) and i would never purposely take Vid or ANYONE for that matter on a merry dance,the CASH WAS THERE.PERIOD.Even without webbys generous offer i STILL had the cash in place.But thats JUST my side Vid,you have yours and lets leave it be,i aint a whiner mate so drop it and keep our differences of the forums as ileso rightly suggests,lead by example and i'll follow.Thats all folks.AMEN
