|  US Iraq Soldiers Investigative Guide and Crime Tip Manual 2007 I just wanted to push this into the spotlight to raise a bit awareness as this could be not only used as for what it was officially written for but actually as a guild line on how to avoid detection of crimes against the Gennifer convention. Now why would a government that wants to officially promote democracy and lawfulness give out a manual on how to dodge the clear guild lines of the Gennifer convention - which is not only in place safe guild the rights of the enemy but also the rights of US GI.
