The Montana Senate will be voting on this ( SB 326 ) Saturday Morning.
Here's what this Medicinal Cannabis Bill entails:
* It adds several qualifying medical conditions for which research has documented marijuana's medical efficacy.
* It improves the stability and reliability of patient access to their medicine. Specifically, it will allow patients to grow eight additional immature plants and increase the amount of usable marijuana patients and caregivers can possess from 1 ounce to 3 ounces.
* It clarifies existing protections of patient rights regarding employment, child custody, and rental rights, while addressing landlord rights where growing by caregivers is concerned.
MPP. ORG has been workin' on this for a while now and would appreciate any Montana residents to contact their reps for an extra push.
