notice the similarities of the issues, our cause to end prohibition and their power grip and they go on to do the same thing with tobacco - they can't get that they can not tell us how to live our lives nor should they.

We should be allowed to consume whatever we want to. Warnings have been on cigarettes for years and people continue to smoke anyway. Just like with alcohol. I do agree with regulation of these substances so kids don't get access to them, but as an adult I should be allowed to put whatever I want into my body even if it is harmful. We have wasted enough money trying to regulate what people do, if it's not hurting anyone else what is the harm?

In addition to making the choice to consume ANY products (food, alcohol, and tobacco) our choice, as free Americans, to wear a seatbelt or a helmet should also remain an individual choice and NOT legislatively mandated!
