Grandpa got a point there, we don't know what InfraGuard is really up to, but what we know is that it is nontransparent mix of the FBI with private business interests and the Rothschild family - i mean we stumble always over the same set of names, the same groupe of people that constandly consprirer against the overwelming majority and thanks to their control of mainstream media we are feed with their ill ideas on a daily bases and don't see the sinister plans they are up to anymore.

It helps that we deregulated the media, allowing the majority of it to fall into the hands of a few powerful individuals/corporations. (We used to limit their market share, leading to diversity. We have slowly stopped that over the last decade or two, often times after the media already broke the regulations.)

I do not see any thing in my post that says any thing about murder! Is that where your mind is? I have hunted for over 35 years and grow over 3/4 of my food including my meat.when you can not get ammo and have limited amount of it you better be able to take a 1000 yard shot or go hungry.

An article in The Progressive by Matthew Rothschild worries that the FBI's InfraGard program is deputizing businesses, training them for martial law, and giving them a free pass to "shoot to kill." Rothschild writes:

The members of this rapidly growing group, called InfraGard, receive secret warnings of terrorist threats before the public does—and, at least on one occasion, before elected officials. In return, they provide information to the government, which alarms the ACLU. But there may be more to it than that. One business executive, who showed me his InfraGard card, told me they have permission to “shoot to kill” in the event of martial law.

1000 yard shots are not enough. When Martial Law is enacted the playing field will hardly be level. They have all the best hi-tech weapons and search and destroy toys that make a 1000 yard shot pretty much suicide in a civil up-rising. Sure you might get your target but they will get you too, unless you are Houdini.

But I feel your pain Richard... Guns a pot seems like an unlikely marriage... but unfortunately... it you are going to have a chance at keeping your weed... you are going to have to learn to shoot. Things are going to get that bad.

What I would like, just once is for someone to show actual proof of these paranoia-inspired rumors. I've seen and heard so much of this rhetoric which has never come to pass. It is on par with all the other doomsday predictions. They serve to rile up people who are not critical thinkers and unfortunately, most times these people are the ones who promote self-fulling prophecies. I wonder how many still believe the rhetoric that President Obama is not a US citizen, a secret Muslim, pals around with terrorists and all the other bull**** the people were fed for political gain?

i dont think for one second that any god fearing soldier who loves their country, their family and their friend would ever have their hearts behind the ordeal of raising arms against their own. for although they wear a uniform its family.

whereas a civilian uprising will have no problems in standing up to armed troops. because behind the uniform is the symbol of their opression. and even so. if it came down to it. human history is littered with popular revolution. civilians standing up for what is legitimately their freedom against all odds, against better equiped forces. but backed with something stronger than weapons.

whether or not it will come to pass...
