You can point a finger in this direction, if it'll make anyone feel better. And, though I'm quite disillusioned, and I realize Capital "C" Capitalism is the rule of the land, not democracy (lower case "d"). But monetary concerns as a manifestation of social classes is as old as social constructs themselves. So, it is minimalist in it's effect, changing leaders and all. Not that it has no effect, but it does matter somewhat, IMNSHO.

Didn't finish the thought in the second sentence. I am glad that I did vote for Obama given the only available alternative. Still support the guy to the extent I support politicians at all.

Hey Jigsy?

Just wanted to correct you on your post on page one. We aren't a democracy nor should we want to be a democracy. The United States is/was a Constitutional Republic. The forefathers hated democracy over all forms of government because it is mob rules. The majority doesn't equal truth or justice (I know you know that I just wanted to state the obvious) and I don't think there is any such thing a a lessor evil when it comes to politicians.

I feel like we've been trained/fooled into excepting the lessor evil instead of forcing the system to give us real choices. I know you have faith in the system and our form of government and I know you know I don't. I do want to clarify one thing though, voting can work on the local or grass roots level, assuming the masses become educated. If America is ever to be taken back in a non-violent manner it has to start on the community level. Small changes in small towns and on the county and state level. A president will never change things in any substantial way in my opinion. Just wanted to let you know I'm not a total pessimist when it comes to our country, just a partial pessimist!

High Corsacan..

What make us think that 'we' have the most 'valid/honest' voting platforms? They (politicians/media) tell us they (elections) are honest but they (politicians/media) lie (or misrepresent the truth) all the time.

Politicians are questioning 'voteing performance/results' themselves, right here in the US of A.
May be the only thing they aren't lieing about!

Polls and the media controll how we think (most of us/you anyway)..
Government has the media in the palm of their hand.. like a penis; jerkin' it.

I'm a patriot.. I'm not sure much of the government/media are...
They're only in it for themselves...

You know what Jigsy I think I mixed you up with another member. I got into a discussion about politics and conspiracies and for some reason I thought it was with you. I think along the same lines as you do (at least from what you've just written). The media machine is owned by a very small cabal of powerful men, almost nothing published in the mainstream media goes against their wishes. The mainstream media is one big brainwashing/programming instrument.

I'm a patriot in the sense that I love this country and my fellow awakened Americans. I do not however give a **** about the criminals that have taken over this government. Patriotism is dangerous, at least blind patriotism. Too many people mix up patriotism with supporting the government. True patriotism is different in my opinion. It's about freedom and liberty not blind servitude. The politicians are dragging our country through the dirt and most Americans seem to be supporting it.

We've become an evil empire and they're killing and murdering in our names. A lot of foreigners believe that the U.S. is the root of evil in the world right now but the truth is a bit more complicated than that. The politicians and rich men of this country work in conjunction with Internationalists or globalists that transcend national boundaries and sovereign countries. They consider themselves citizens of the world and want to force the rest of us to believe in their sick dream of a Utopian one world government.

When you get right down to it a shadow cabal truly are controlling things from the shadows. Who runs the FDA? Former top executives from corporations like Monsanto and Dupont. Who winds up in the president's cabinet? Members of elite groups like the Bilderbergers, the Trilateral Commission and the Council on Foreign Relations. It doesn't matter if a Demoncrat or Republi**** (excuse the vulgarity) is elected president, both choose the same people from the same organizations to make up the majority of their cabinet. Did you know that Skull & Bones members always go on to become top level American officials? Only fifteen are chosen every year and yet they all wind up in positions of power within our government.

It is what I like to call an open conspiracy now. They do not try to conceal their goals anymore and they often brag about their evil deeds in the books they write.

-the Corsican.

Liberal rant ahead!

It's always easier to lay out a pile than it is to clean up that same pile.

Obama was left a HUGE pile. Folks seem to forget that...especially those who supported the last regime' of criminals who wiped their butt with our rights in the name of "patriotism" and killing towelheads. The sad thing is...the entire "War" was on the table waiting for Jr. bush to step in and TRY to do what daddy couldn't WAYYYY BACK IN THE 90'S!!.

Now we've postured and pranced through the Mid-east...determined to make the muslims believe something totally different than they have ever believed before (Christ is King, Democracy and money rule). Such posturing is now CATCHING UP to us...it costs A LOT of money to be the big boy on the block...and now...well...it's all OBAMA'S fault....

what a bunch of clowns most Americans are...clammoring on and on about "patriotism' aand BELIEVING they are somehow CONTRIBUTING to the betterment of this country by weraing a FLAG PIN or donnig the "right" bumpersticker on their gas-guzzling F-650 as they mindlessly shop for goods made in China at the Evil empire (Wal-Mart) and vote down every tax increase that comes along...even for their children's EDUMACATION.

obama may not be perfect...but at least we dumped the cowboy and failed to elect the brainless idiot from alaska.... what was her name? LOL

and hey...while ya bash Obama...look around and see that NOBODY is breaking your door in. had mcPalin made it in....we'd all be HIDING about now....wondering IF MMJ would survive.

"choose your heroes, choose 'em well
they could be leading you straight into hell" (Rundgren)

O I disagree, not going to touch this one considering it's in the joke section and Obama's a joke and every BS presidents before him.
Politics is from the pit of hell. O yea ha ha joke section.

I agree with you on a few points but saying Obama was left a huge mess to clean up just doesn't cut it. For the record I am not a republican or a democrat. Bush was a piece of shyte and long before he was elected I told people that he would invade Iraqi. I'm not smarter than everyone else but anyone with half a brain should have seen that one coming a mile away!

Back to Obama...He knew what he was getting into so he doesn't have the right to complain about it and play the blame game. As for him not breaking down doors, that's ridiculous. He's a fascist just like George Bush was a fascist. I'll continue to assert that their is no difference between either parties. What differences the media and the politicians themselves put out there is simply for our consumption. Behind closed doors they are all working towards the same goal...A completely controlled society ruled from a central point, i.e., a one world government.

I agree with you about blind patriotism, it's just another form of mind control. Julius Caesar explained it perfectly:

"Beware the leader who bangs the drums of war in order to whip the citizenry into a patriotic fervor, for patriotism is indeed a double-edged sword. It both emboldens the blood, just as it narrows the mind. And when the drums of war have reached a fever pitch and the blood boils with hate and the mind has closed, the leader will have no need in seizing the rights of the citizenry. Rather, the citizenry, infused with fear and blinded by patriotism, will offer up all of their rights unto the leader and gladly so. How do I know? For this is what I have done. And I am Caesar." - Julius Caesar.

What I think you are missing is that people with views like mine are not part of the majority illusion of the false left/right paradigm. I'm not "bashing" (that's a loaded word, pure propaganda) Obama, I'm telling the truth about the man. Don't you see all of the mind control techniques they have been using when it concerns Obama? Pictures of him akin to Catholic icons of Jesus Christ, songs about Jesus are now being sung with Obama replacing the name of Jesus, etc., etc. The "ignorant masses" swaying and fainting at the sight of him like he was a Beatle? Some people are worshiping the man, it is very similar to how the Germans reacted to Hitler. This has been a meticulously controlled propaganda campaign from the very beginning. Bush was brought in to set us up and Obama was brought in to knock us down.

None of us had a real choice as to who the next president was going to be. American elections are a fraud and the American people are completely brainwashed. Since Obama has taken office he has strengthened the policies of George Bush, not eradicated them like he promised. The war in Afghanistan is ramping up because Obama's handlers want more conflict. We no longer have real leaders, they are simply puppets, actors playing a role for public consumption.

In closing, don't defend Obama, he's the same as the old boss. And doors are being broken down under his watch and civil liberties are being wiped away under his watch. Have you been watching the police thugs beating down protesters at the G20 summit in Pittsburgh? Protest is a fundamental American right. We do not need permission from the government to protest (licenses or a submission of when and where we would like to protest to be approved by the very people we are protesting) that defeats the whole purpose of protesting to begin with. Our rights will continue to be suppressed and taken away until we have none left. Obama won't do a damn thing about it because he values his life. Kennedy was the last true president we had and you know how that story ended.

Peace brother,

-the Corsican.

Thanks for the dialogue, Corsican. The beauty is that we just don't have to see it the same.

FWIW....I loathe it all myself but I see no good coming from those who ask for more/take more daily in this land while offering nothing but criticism in return. (the Faux News crowd)

Sorry all...I didn't note that this is the joke section. All bets are off.....

as is proper English diction and "spellun"...obviously!

peace/out
