ok...this is EXACTLY why any confrontation with pigs ive even been is usually includes an invite to meet me somwhere without the badge and gun...not only is that guirl a MINOR ( they have no right to handcuff her) but the brutality i saw in the vid sickens me. i bet the whole time they were taunting her to fight back too. back during my heavy drinking days in the late 90s i was arrested for being intoxicated at dennys. my only crime was slurring my words. and elderly couple called the police and they can and asked me to leave. in doing so i relaized i forgot my coat, i turn to ask if i could retreave it, only to get a face full opf mace and led out by pushing my cuffed arms upward over my head... then we got to the door...they pushed me through it.....with my forhead. my charges were public drunkeness and destruction of public property. i was denied medical attention...only to recieve 37 stiches after making bail.
my first reaction was that i must have did somthing wrong...but not realized it at the time.. but the very people who called the police reported the treatment i had endured..but after an " internal investigation" they three cops were verbally warned...lol. Thier reason for my being handled like that was im was drunk.. and at 6'1 240lbs they feared things could get out of hand... so the morla of the story is if your wearing a badge you get the choice to smash first ask questions later. meanwhile some crack dealer and a childmolester somwhere get babied...makes sense doesnt it?

A friend once told me that there are two types of people that want to be cops. Bullies, and those that were bullied.
The cops excuse for the attack was he was assaulted by this dangerous 15 year old girl. It was reported that this incident probably would have gone unnoticed by the media if he wouldn't have filed assault charges on this girl. By doing so the video tape had to be reviewed for the purpose of gathering evidence against the girl. When the prosecuter saw the video he contacted internal affairs and this story broke.
His testimony is she assaulted him by kicking her shoe at him striking him in the knee. The truth is he told her to take her shoes off and she complied. But she flicked her shoe towards him and if you look closely you can see she was in the process of kicking the other shoe off when she was attacked.
I hope the family sues the shit out of this law enforcement agency. I think they can win quite a bit of cash from this one. The sad part is the news reported that if found guilty he could receive 6 months in jail. 6 months!!! WTF??? it should be at least 6 years!

the crime we witnessed was against a child, a FEMALE child....the cops should get abuse charges as well. but the truth of the matter is our legal system loves to smack the wrists of even repeat child abusers/molesters/rapists...even batterers....this practice saves valuable jail space for minor drug offenders and people with unpaind fines. makes perfect sense doesnt it? those pigs MIGHT get a suspension...paid of course. lets send a message to the public sector saysin to become a cop and beat a kid for a vacation.....ARSEHOLES!

can't believe he is still no kicked out, all she did was to comply with this a*****e and removing her shoe, how on earth can someone turn this into assault on a PO, especially with the tape rolling?! they should throw a attempted murder charge at this pig and at his partner that neither served nor protected a member of the community from physical harm!

you understand what that means for his future career in LEO or - if you sentence to less then 12 month and a day you can return!!! that is why the sentence is so low, so that the wolfs can stay and keep on praying at the community!

Wow... that explains so much. I'll pay attention to that in the future just to see how that pans out in future cases. Just to see if it is really intentional. Like getting a 6 month sentence for rape or murder.

i was charged with assault(my last one befor i found my center) in 99... i watched a man beating his wife while she was holding her small child (like still in diapers small) . the guy was repeatedly punching her in the face while basically hanging her of the porch rail by her throat. i yewll for he to cut the shit and was promptly told to "fark off".... now back then i did thign alittle different...and to say the least i had a bit of an anger issue so i pummled the asshole....the cops showed up....in the confusion i didnt notice the woman had ran inside to call the police...when they arrived i was arrested and charged with aggrivated assault. the woman whos arse i was trying to help called the cops and reported me beating down the guy who put her and her chiolds life in danger....they didnt even talk to him except to get a statment....guess my sentance? 9 months.. just shy of state time around here, for what i thought was a noble deed. i dont get people.. i also had to do 16 weeks of angermanagment.
Wow. All from protecting a lady and her baby. I don't understand this world at all. No wonder people don't help people in distress any more...fear of persecution. Domestic violence is a HUGE problem around here. Most of the court case are pertaining to DV, assualt, whatever. Its sad and there is know good means for the agressor to get treatment or educated. Nor a publicly knowen support group for the victim. Its like a local government underground network. Its really hard for the victim to get out of those relationships. Sad state of affairs. You would think we could be smart enough to raise our children not to be abusive to the opposing partner, nor seek out a type of person to dominate. Really sorry, to here about your good deed backfiring on you kpin. I'd would have been more than happy if a girl would have come along and put my ex down when she was on a roll with me, but sadly everyone seem to cheer her on. They got there's in the long run. That's a rather light sentence compared to this story. No intention of demeaning your story at all. But you'll get the point once you read on.
A friend of mine was walking out of a bar and noticed this dude in a car bitch slapping his 'ol lady. He stuck his head in the car window and yelled at the dude to knock it off. The dude jumped out of the car and stabbed him in the heart and died right there on the side walk.
The guy was home in bed asleep with his 'ol lady less than an hour later when the police arrested him.
Now a little off topic... maybe not. But what kinda chick goes to bed with the bastard that beats you up and kills some body for trying to stop him? I suppose one that is scared sh!#less, just for the benefit of the doubt.
