It's so sad to see people so uptight about something that should be legal. I bet that same judge who ruled in the first place has had more than a drink in his life. Why is something that kills so many people each year (DUIs, Cirrhosis, etc) legal, but nice calming one is not ? :(

that would be like saying you are engaging in biological warfare if you forget to flush a turd down the toilet... makes no sense either way.
