SPICY MOLASSES-GINGERBREAD COOKIES(Our 4:20 COOKIE)
Makes about 6 dozen leafs. These cookies are dark in colour and have a pronounced molasses flavor.
5 1/2 cups flour, plus more for dusting
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 teaspoons ground ginger
½ teaspoon ground pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
4 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons of cloves
1 teaspoon fresh nutmeg
Indica Cannabis butter ( 227 G)
honey oil (optional)
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
2 Large Eggs
1 1/2 cups molasses
1.Whisk together all dry goods in medium bowl
2.Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg,one at a time. Beat in molasses. Mixer on low , gradually add dry goods and beat until just combined. Divide dough into 3 portions, wrap in plastic, put in fridge for 1 hour.
3.Pre heat oven to 350. On a generously floured table top cut into shapes and transfer to parchment lined baking sheet. Freeze for 15 mins. Bake for 12-14 mins.

eh, do you use fresh or dried ginger? sorry, this sounds so good that i'm already halfway off to the kitchen already

250 ml, 1 cup, 1/2 lb, or 2 butter sticks all = 227 grams

Ginger, both of these cookies are for dried ginger. I have also added 1 tsp. fresh grated to the gingerbread, it was good but not needed
