BASS CEVICHE This **** is D E L I C I O U S
1 Pound of Bass (or Trout) Fillets,
(cut into chunks)
1 Cup of Lime Juice (Fresh Lime's Preffered,or half cup of lemon)
1 teasp. Canned Chillies,minced.
2 Tomatoes Chopped.
1/2 Red Onion,Minced.
2 Tablesp. Chopped Olives.
2 Tablesp. Minced Celery optional
Freshly Crushed Black Pepper to taste.
Salt to taste. I Like to add a teaspoon of Garlic to mine
-------------------------- LAST PART - PREPARATION Place Fish in a Glass Bowl.
Add Lime Juice,Chillies,
Mix Well,
-- Then add the tomatoes,onion,olives,celery, and Pepper,
stirring gently to combine and cover all the Fish with the Flavor'.
FINALLY
Sprinkle some salt over the Top of Dish,
Cover with Plastic Wrap & CHILL AT LEAST one hour.
I Usually eat this with White rice, or Cracker's, or Tortilla chips!
