Just wanted to share a recipe i did today , for a small get together.
Something different to set on the grill,

Fresh Chopped -Garlic-,
Fresh Minced -Onion-,
Teasp. or Tablesp. of -Butter- in each whole,
Bacon Bit's or -Real Bacon- Crumbled,
*also even better with fried -sausage-,cooked and little chunks stuffed in the cabbage*
Teasp. of -Soy Sauce-,
-Salt/Pepper-
Cheese (Optional)
Take a Head of Cabbage,
With a LONG(narrow'er)Sharp Knife,
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Poke whole's ,only going HALF deep into the cabbage, ALL over the cabbage,(once the knife is about half way thru the cabbage, try to twist the knife back and forth to make a whole formation) (maybe 12-15 wholes at most)
-----------------------------------------------------------------
The slit/cut/or whole that you've made will be real tight,so u'll have to force the roundness of the whole with your finger's when you go to Stuff the Ingredients listed above, into the slit/cut/whole that you've made.
------------------------------------------------------------------
Rub Down with Salt / Pepper mixture,
Spray non stick on Aluminum Foil, and wrap the Cabbge head Up in Non stick aluminum foil. Its okay to have 1 small whole, but any big wholes or alot of small wholes will make it take much longer
Place on Grill for a hour or maybe a hour and 15 minutes.
Depends on your grill and all that
After 30 minutes, Flip the side thats on bottom of grill , to the top,
So you can only roatate once,or keep rotating threw out the process,
[note; If left on one side the whole time,--will burn the cabbage and make the whole thing taste like burnt cabbage,]
The way you know its ready is when you can Stick the knife all the way down the middle with little or no resistence,
*PREPARING IT*
Place in a Big bowl,or serving platter,with tong's,
Just a good munchie food, easy to make, cheap, something to sit around the campfire with, about 4 of these at a allnight campefire/party , everyone will enjoy!
