Default Problem with cannabutter!

High all..

The problem I've encountered with cannabutter in: brownies, rice crispy treats, oatmeal cookies and/or whatever can be made with butter/oil, is:
controlling the doseage... truth be known, I do not controll the input quality of the butter so I should expect:

One piece will rock your world, the next is just.. alright.

In an effort to gain knowledge, I've become the 'white mouse' and am now experimenting by taking the cannabutter and using a 1/2 teaspoon at a time approach, simpley put it on toast, bagel, muffin, virgin banana bread, corn.. whatever! 2 hrs later +/- another 1/2 teaspoon.. til done! LOL!!!

New meaning to "pass the butter, please!"

Herijuana, atm

Wink

Yes, that is the problem with cooking with canna butter, and why in many recipes they give a specific amount of whatever to use, and to hopefully evaluate this better. If you look through this forum (In the Kitchen) you will find recipes from Carrie. She is a chef and the resident cordone blue chef for Toronto Compassion Center and her recipes take this into consideration.

Just to let you know folks, we will be having a cooking CONTEST soon for recipes that are NOT sweet....totally different concept for cooking with Our Favorite Herb so get your experimental aprons on folks, and start perfecting those recipes.

This will not be starting until sometime in August and the rest will be up to our Chef in charge Mr. Moon Biscuit, and his good buddy I8nLuckyUr.

Get your thinking caps on folks and get working!!!

To Be Announced!!!!!........

its best to use the same type of cannabis in the same amount every time. that is the best way.

I agree with my buddy Moon on this. I have tried many things with cooking and the biggest is consistent strains same batches give better results.

Another benefit of growing your own medicine.
