hello everyone, i am just sitting ere, stoned out of my mind, watching True Blood and eating a DELICIOUS grilled chicken caesar salad with asiago cheese. oh yeah. so, my curiosity was aroused, and i decided to pose the random question, what is your favorite salad to eat?
mine is grilled chicken with spinach leaves, sharp cheddar cheese and cottage cheese. what's yours?

I like garden salads, but I always gotta throw some crumbled bacon on there too.

No point in mentioning these bats I thought, poor bastard will see them soon enough.

o voted other. my fave is young lettuce ripped into smaller pieces with no 'stem', finely sliced onion, 100% low acidity extra virgin olive oil and sea salt. sometimes in the right season to spice it up i add some water cress.

i like to eat a protein of some kind with my salads, the mix you describe with some fish and the sea salt would be good right now...

We love eating salads too. Our most favorite is a grilled chicken breast cut into finger sized pieces over a tossed green salad with a dusting of grated old cheddar. I like a drizzle of Italian Dressing as well.

Since we have harvested all our tomatoes and cucumbers this season I also make tomato and cucumber salad with spring onion and Balsamic Vinaigrette. Very simple and tasty.
