Before actually making the Choccie Truffels, you have to make "cannabutter",
and this is how:
  • Use the best trim/bud/hash you can get hold of, its hard to judge how much weed to how much butter, but go on a base of 1/4-1/2 oz per 250g bar of butter.
  • VERY gently simmer your dope in the butter and stir it well as you cook to extract the resin.
  • Simmer for aprox 10 mins, making sure it doesnt get to hot or burn..stir all the time.
  • Extract the green and disgard, then pour the butter into a dish to cool. Like i said, amounts will vary depending on strengths of plant matter/hash and cooking time.
  • You will find that most 'annabis recipes will be easier to make if you have 'cannabutter' to hand, so get used to making it!
Choccie Truffels
Ingredients:
  • 1 bar of cooking chocolate
  • Five tablespoons cannabutter
  • One egg yolk
  • 2/3 cup of icing sugar- sifted
  • One-teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ Cup of fine coconut/chocolate strands.
  • One-tablespoon high quality brandy or cognac
Preparation:
  • Cream butter with egg yolk over low heat and whisk until smooth
  • Slowly add sugar to butter
  • Add vanilla and brandy
  • Melt chocolate in pan of simmering water
  • Pour chocolate into butter and blend until smooth
  • Chill butter mixture until firm
  • Shape butter mixture into one-inch balls and roll in coconut/chocolate
  • Store in refrigerator for 1 hr.
  • (Eat 1, wait 45 mins before going back for more.)

what about honey oil or basic hash for this, would cut out the fishing job for green parts in your butter besides, it really reads great
