Default where can I get the gospels and stuff that have been excluded from the bible?

So point me to the direction to go. Do you think Barnes and Noble will have them?
I feel that Christians are forgetting the true meaning behind Jesus and his teachings. They forgot that GOD is absolute not Jesus. Jesus was preaching the truth but the Catholic church excluded a lot of his words. I am not saying Jesus was not important but that his teaching of God was. A lot of Christian say in order to get to heaven is threw Jesus but I believe this is false. Its about his word about God.

Also where can I find translations of the dead sea scrolls?
Where do I find Gospels and letters not fount in the bible we know?

Im right on board with you Lee, Most Christians, I feel, are mislead by their own faults that they refuse to acknowledge or keep conscious of. I have a copy of the translation of the dead sea scrolls, called "Dead Sea Scrolls Uncovered" by Robert Eisenman & Michael Wise. Interesting read. The best way to understand In all honesty is through history. Looking through the older texts, you can see where people changed ideas, or complete sections dedicated to unknown ethics, and moralities that people nowadays have no understanding of. It might be hard translating, not knowing Old German, Old Greek, or Latin

alot of them are locked up in the vatican, and its really difficult to get to them unless you are a priest. and even then i think alot of them are resticted.

when the nicean council got together they chose what we should be taught and hid the rest. manipulating from that point onwards what we should believe. in other words, just a few men controlling the beliefs of the masses and only leaking that which they thought we need to know... sounds familiar huh?

there are some books outthere that touch on the subject of the other books. i guess you'll have to do some sleuthing at a local or state library.. maybe even in religious libraries.. but there is so much you wont ever have access to becaus eonly the pope and his goonies have the key to what you want. even if you could read it.
