My local Uncle died. He was a very good man. Worked all his life at hard jobs to take care of his family, and was there for my Mom when she needed help when I was growing up. He had a degenerative neurological disorder, and a lung ailment, needed round the clock care near the end. He is with his wife in heaven now. This is a sad time, nonetheless.
There are divisions within family, mainly due to imaginary B.S. in the minds of Uncle's mentally ill caretakers (one of his kids, and their spouse). It is very kind to refer to them as mentally ill, but I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, so I don't want to call them evil. I have my own problems, so definitely not looking forward to a reunion with these people, which is inevitable at the funeral.
My Uncle no longer needs prayer, but I do. Please, if you pray, send one up for me, that everything goes alright for me and my Mother with these relatives. It could get ugly, and that is absolutely the last thing I want.
I'm sad about my uncle, and very apprehensive about the funeral. Thanks for listening.
