Hello has all !

1 question dear to my heart...
I think some parents are here ? like me ...
I had a discussion with a friend consumer Weed, he told me that he was waiting her daughter is 13 years to burn it was his first joint !?!?

explained to me it better more trainer directing his daughter with the Cannabis...
it grows longtimes, his daughter sees consume for him it makes sense this is it who taught her daughter Consume !?!
her daughter is 12 years old ! do not smoke cigarettes ! she has never talk of WEED in the house...

For me it is terrible idéa ! why do consume a child claiming that it is better the parents if the child initiates ???? WAOUW

I consumed at night my daughter is lying, my area of culture is not my home and I never spoke to Weed before a child ! Difficult for me to be OK with him....
He explained to me that all children eat ! it is more realistic to do oneself.
The discussion was long...

And we were not in agreement both ...
He left his home with 4 clones of SSH x Bubba Kush

(lol) but the evening was not great for me !!!!!!
If parents are here, what do you think of that ???
if we are consumers ourselves we must teach our childrens ???
my daughter aged of 20 years not live with me, since longtimes. They NO smoke cigarettes, NO smoke Weed ! She now lives in Australia (Sydney) with her mother (my first wife) and all is well !
My second daughter of 8 years lives with me in France and I not teach her account has consumed the Weed or learning to cultivate the Weed !
not even in dreams ! But this is the third person who explained to me it is more logical to introduce his children... oneself !?!

that you intend to do for your childrens by report with the weed ?

hi daz.......i'm with you......i feel really uncomfortable with the idea of introducing a 13 year old to weed........
i know i am probably being hypocritical...my kids are only 8,5 and 3 but i just can't imagine ever saying to them"here you go!!! this is how you do it!!"

i smoke cigs tho my kids don't know...i'm extremely careful to hide it from them..i don't want them to think tobacco is ok cos it clearly isn't...so if they did one day decide to indulge in weed as long as they weren't using tobacco with it i guess i would have no issues but definately not at the age of 13....unless there was a medical issue in which case i might rethink my stance.....

i hate thinking about stuff like this...i always feel in a really awkward position because of the issue of legality!!!

I do not agree with children under 16 but prefer 18 smoking cannabis. Or cigarettes. I do not think inhaling anything is good for young lungs, any lungs. I also feel their brains are still developing. I would never consider introducing it to my children.

Never the less, I do know both of mine smoke mj. This they learned other places. Now, my son is 19. My daughter almost 18. I discuss this with my daughter. My son is a whole different subject as he has a variety of problems.

I would rather my daughter did it in front of me, than behind my back. It is the way I am. I prefer the devil I know. This way I can better guider her, and direct her choices. Until they where much older, not little kids, and definitely not 13 I would only smoke when I knew they where asleep, out or not able to discover that I did this. It is something, like drinking, I believe, is best decided by an adult.

But to fool yourself to believe this is not part of the world, is like being an ostrich with your head in the sand. It is part of all schools, most kids lives and many of their peers do introduce them to this. We have to counter this with knowledge. I would rather they came to me to discuss this than to get their education off their ill informed peers.

As well, this way maybe we can teach them set and setting. There is a time for this, and this is not all the time. Just like with alchol, we have to teach them how to handle this with maturity, and hopefully waylay problems further down the road.

None of my kids smoked anything before 17, their choice after that birthday but not in the house, car or from pilfering my stash on anything. I had thorough talks about the implications and complications along with all the known health issues with all my kids before the 13th year.

Now at this stage, oldest never smoked pot, quit ciggies but tolerates those who do and understands medicinal and recreational benefits from pot, he is 35, owns multiple business's (?sp) financially soaring!

Second is 34, smokes pot since age 20, now sporadically and does not smoke ciggies.
Lawyer.....

Third is 30, used to smoke pot and ciggies until joinind the Air Force, now smokes ciggies and will retire in 9 years and looks forward to pot again. Crew Chief F-15 Tech Sergant

Fourth is 27, used to smoke post and ciggies, started at 17, busted at 2o for minor possesion and had record expunged and is in the Air Force. Does not smoke anything, is tolerant and will probably smoke pot when he retires. Degree in Aeronautical Engineering and Tech Sergant.

Lovely Daughter is 25, gentle soul, college grad, wonderful Mom and art teacher, loves burning with Dad... Elementary Art Teacher.

I was honest with all of them, did not do it in front of them but let them see the actual effects, I would go out and burn one and let them check Dad out, started discussing it at 13, same with sexuality, they never saw a problem, my point made.

I never gave them the chance to learn on the street the things I did wrong in the 60's that I miraculously somehow survived... I gave them love and honesty.. just did not smoke ANYTHING in their "enclosed" presence, car, house, etc, keep the lungs clear. But the yard and garage were " Dad's World! " if I had a smoke, they stayed clear until it was out. Rules from the earliest of years.

I did the same with alchohol, sat at the table and got hammered and totally stupid falling down and hung over.... none of them drink.... I don't consume alcohol at all, gave it up in 79 so it didn't take much to set me down pificated at the kitchen table during lesson to the kids day, thank God I only had five kids, if family tradition comes into play when one turns 13 next year, my second son has a headache coming!! LOL

Again, just and old Hippie Dad... er.... Hippie Grandpop.... OMG...!

Well my sons grew up with it ,wife and I have enjoyed the finer things in life in the home,and was honest with them about it from day one,sometimes I have felt like I was a bad parent,but that did not last to long,but oldest son has had problem with staying out of trouble and I don't believe it was the way he was raised,just does not think of anyone but himself.our younger son is so different from older brother.We do smoke with them both and life so far is still good. we did not start smoking with them until they where 17 ,and only then because they found my stash ,would of waited until at least 18. anything younger i think would of been a mistake.and like any good parent i tried to teach them everything i know about that world,and to get them to learn from my mistakes,well I soon found out they had a mind of their own,and sometimes as parents we are not a part of that. peace and love to everyone.

my friend said that and it was tragic to hear I feel 13 years younger !
If the child is 20 years this is different ...
but I not want my little girl consume !!!! I know not why !?!
but I wish that ... I think it is small ... this makes sense ! lol !

Another acquaintance consumes over 32 years & give the Seeds and Clones to his children. They have a garden not him !
Mani (this is his name) asked me a clone of Chemdawg or another génétic her children. Children living in the countryside, 300km from here !
This summer he made 25 clones of clones Chemdawg + 25 clones Afghani x Hawaiian and gives to his children, who are 18 and 21 years !

Children grow 50 plants in the garden of the grandmother.....
SHIT ! I'm not OK !

How to grow 50 plants outdoor by her children ???
If the police arrest children .... He will spend 10 years in prison.
The quiet father at 300km ! No, I'm not OK with this ...
The father looks quiet home recover part of the harvest and advises children for large BUD !?! WOUAOUW !
To me that is selfish ! irrational ! Pathetic ...

I never asked my daughter to plant for me ... I know but this is serious.
Children have 20 Kg or more of 25Kg ???

I know few consumer world here !!!
2 friends are like me, Discreet ! they listen ! Wait until children are asleep or not at home but I know 2 or 3 other consumers doing the opposite ...
I said to Mani = rises up an area of culture for you forget your child in this story !
but NO !

It suits him Have 4 or 5kg each year is crucial for Mani....
It is very nice ! helpful ! available but I am against this ...
This is the only point with which we oppose. For me = LOGIK ! ! !

DAZ...i so get where you're coming from.....i know i am hypocritical but i just can't bear the thought of my children doing anything that might put them at risk!
its not the actual weed thats the problem with me (when they are older!!),its the risk that they would take being involved!!
i'd certainly NEVER want them growing for me......if they chose to do it for themselves there wouldn't be much i could do about it but not for me.....i can take my own chances thankyou!!!
i'm sure we'll all feel differently about this! but as our kids grow older i guess we have to let them make their own decisions and mistakes in order to learn!!
just like our own parents did!!

One thing I have noticed with this generation is the lack of caution.

For my generation, the cost for getting caught was going to jail. This had a lot to do with how open we where with who we knew, where we smoked, how we carried drugs, and everything to do with cannabis. It became instinctual, this caution. NO talking about pot on the telephone, NO discussing anything about buying or selling anything with strangers, EVER! NO mention of WHERE anything ever came from. You just knew better and could get hurt if you got too nosey. This is why many of us have clean records. We where very very careful. It was part and parcel of the drug under culture.

This generation are so used to the openness of talking about it, smoking it even at school, not in joints, easy to discard if someone catches you, but in BONGS! I know this! I grow pale I am sure hearing about it. I just automatically don't even think to go there!

I try and try to get these kids to be aware. But most of them smoke and have no regard for this at all. I don't get it.

I cannot help if my kids decide to grow on their own. But I could not support it if it was for profit. It is just too dangerous.

This is why I fight this fight. So hopefully someday, we parents don't have to fear for our kids being put in jail for a plant.

This is true !

For me the Weed possesses qualities, Logic !
But not THAT qualities so ... Especially for a child !
Construction brain, Managing emotions, Analysis, physical development, ECT !
I believe that children of 12, 13 or 14 years are too young Many older people still not control themselves.
The weed makes people more subtle for some but not everyone....
People 40 years can be real idiots consuming This happens too ! lol !
Give the agreement a child to eat for me is not adequate.
I was using was 15 years !

it has not given me a lot of intelligence and more !
This has given me much problem, rebellion, leaving home early and even to go to jail ...
I can not say it was extraordinary this is later to 19 years. I understand better. I aged a bit consuming young I was the most foolish of the earth. lol

this must be the reason for which I hope not that consumes my daughter ?
Ditto for the other little children ...
Near my house there is a public school, small school ! I see the morning at 7:45 for children 11 and 12 years consume !

I taped ! it hurts the heart !

Of course all parents are not identical ! not all children are identical but when friends tell me I'll smoke my daughter is 13 YEARS !
it cuts my legs ...

this is PERSONAL... obviously !
