The third Chakra, located above the navel and below the chest is called the Solar Plexus Chakra and relates to personal power and metabolism. Its Sanskrit name is Manipura which means lustrous gem. The fourth Chakra, located at the center of the chest is called the Heart Chakra and relates to love and compassion. The Sanskrit name of this Chakra is Anahata which means unstruck. The fifth Chakra, located at the throat is called the Throat Chakra and relates to communication, speech, sound and vibration. Its Sanskrit name is Visuddha which means purification.
