its on National Geographic and its great. Apparently researchers are again exploring the medical possibilities of LSD and they found a way to make it non-hallucinagenic. This is great. Just think, if they can find a medical use for something like LSD, as powerful as that is, then the argument against legalizing marijuana for at least medical use should go out the window... don't you think?

I use to take a large dose whenever I got really sick and went to bed, can't really say I slept, the next day I'd always feel great. So many people told me I was crazy but it always worked. And a lot funner than nightquil.

It was part of my younger days I really enjoyed LSD. Never had a bad time with it. And had some pretty fun memories I must say. I have not seen it or talked about it for many years. We had a member that had been tested on through the government.
i used to use it alot when i was a teenager...good stuff...helped me figure out alot about who i am...i havent been able to find it for years so i figure i most likely dont need it anymore...glad it was there when it was though...wouldnt trade it for the world =)
the last time I found it was about four years ago... me and a roommate took some and went to cedar point...lol, it was freaking great. It has doubled in price since high school though, about ten bucks a piece now, it was four back then. I liked it cause they can't test for it

Used to do a lot of that in my younger days...MDA, LSD, Mescaline. That was when people got killed for making people sick and die with drugs....whole different era. I used to get it out of the Rock (Rochdale College) in Toronto....sheets of green frog, windowpane, you name it! That was the late 60's early 70's. Now there is no conscience with that stuff and kids die because they make shit with draino in it.
I remember going to capping parties...oh man! If my mother only knew what a little shit I was! Good thing I had angels watching over me! AND that my kids have no idea!
hey man, trippins the best, used to do everything with it, easier to make than you know, just look at webster's dictionary's definition of it and you should know where to start getting more of your information about it. Used to smoke oz's just trippin on the psychedelia.
Now, when I smoke the indica, i get these free flash black trips.
Thank the almighty Yahweh for creating such fun stuff like the medicine's we need.
From my understanding LSD is legal for psychiatric treatment of schizophrenia in Sweden. They probably did studies on it's effects treating bipolar disorder as well.
I'm not a wild and crazy guy anymore, just happy and crazy now that the ban on nature and the ban on truth are being exposed.
I know it was legal way back when, they used it to accelerate psychotherapy sessions. They said it was like getting six months of therapy in a few hours. They apparently have found a way to remove the halucinagen from it and are experimenting with it for treatment of certain seratonin related issues. The show was really interesting, the best fact I think from the whole show was that 1 fluid oz is enough to dose 300,000 people... freakin amazing.

I saw the same show and it totally made me want to fry balls!!!
i tried it once when i was 16; and had the worst waking nightmare in history. no joke. i thought i was dead.
but i luv me some mushrooms....lol
i ended up tryin some amanita muscaria that i found at a nordstrom parking lot the next night.
And i dont know if a lot of you have this problem. the stoners problem. where you never dream?
anyway; a few people that i have talked to over the years that habitually smoke the herb say that they rarely ever dream; including me.
This shit made me have the coolest dream. and when i woke up i felt a little buzzed like i had a few drinks you know (but in a good way) it wore off a few hours later and i felt totally great.
I read a study that musicol (whats in the A. Muscaria) shuts down the amygdala (the region of your brain that "remembers" stress. so when you come down its like all the stress you were holding in your life just went away.
Totally amazing. i would recommend it to anyone. but go easy try little bits at a time. I baked it down and drank some of the juice that came out. totally fubared man.
enjoy life.

I live where the street side of LSD began for the world........The souros valley hospital where Dr Humphry Osmond collected every halusagen know to man & LSD was invented in Sweden bu Abram Hoffman........ the day he invented it the vapors gave him the worlds first trip(he rode his bike home)
The work at this hospital here in Saskatchewan was suposed to be an insight into a scisophrinic's mind to see if a base line of functionallity could be established for the patient but as the discovery of these mind altering substances became know the reaserch never got a foot hold as in 1964 a gov ban went into effect regulating the use of LSD!
One of the reachers Audious Huxley wrote the book "The Doors of Perception".to which Jim Morrison named his band "The Doors" after reading it!
Harvard proffeser Tim O Leary gave LSD freely to his students inviting them to "Tune in Turn On"........While LSD experiments went on at the hospital they used LSD to cure drunks & had a 55% recovery rate while AA today at best can only recover 10%......Guess drunks would rather be flying or watching the curtains breathe!
A very interesting HIGH but coming down had its affects as the chemists were very differant & that can make a good trip vs bad trip!
The old hospital now was demolished this past summer & it took 2 big excavaters 2 months of clawing to destroy it all! CBC News - Saskatchewan - Historic mental institution demolished
If you want a trmendious high like LSD but a natural one try
San Pedro Cactus (available at Walmart)
A dose is 3" dia x 6" tall & just cyt it up & boil it down , strain it (cheese cloth works best) ...Drink the liquid........
Warning!!!!!!
It is the most foul thing a human being can injest but out of destruction comes beauty!..takes about an hour to kick in but holy mf'ning wow!
Natural highs leave no after affects!
Just search San Pedro Cactus under a google search & it will open your eyes!
That has always been the chemical drugs problem is the cooking instructions....Someone has a bad day & the customers are no more!
True LSD was window payne it gave way to blotter acid.
about Dr Osmond Erowid Humphry Osmond Vault
The old hospital was abondonded for years & was too big for the town to restoire it so it got wrecked!
I remeber drinking electric wine & just groovin to the trip!
For TV viewer in Canada watch for "Psychadelic Pioneers" all about the hospital & its reasearchers effect & fallouts...
(to US viewers you will never see this program in your country for what it represnts)
In Canada we are free
The US people need to be told they're free!
Thats US censorship!
(I don't make up the rules)
Heres the very last HR Puffinstuff to be made

anyone else think its a strange coincidence that this show about researching the medical uses of LSD and the AMA reversing the standpoint on marijuana and encouraging research into its medical use as well. Seems like at least some top level folks are open minded enough to realize that we at least need to know more before we make decisions on making something legal or illegal... at least for medical purposes.
