Rep Power: 8 | | So I cruised on over to the GHS website and what did I see?
A link on their home page to a video clip they uploaded to You Tube, openly exposing the owners' identities to the whole world; and they're bragging about being the first cannabis seed company to advertize on You Tube. Wise or unwise? What think you all about that move? Smooth or not? See it for yourself @ => YouTube - greenhouseseeds's Channel - RT

I think they're going to be lined up next to Marc if they get too much publicity, and that is sad.

I think you're right on the money with that observation, Smokie. They're cruisin' for a bruisin', and handing the G-Man a loaded gun. Not that Marc could'nt use the company and extra muscle inside. Lord knows he could, though Franco looks like he'd probably have a little bit of a hard time punching his way out of a wet-paper bag. LOL - RT

Greenhouse doesn't ship directly to The States. Other third party vendors will ship you GH beans, but I don't think they're in any danger, whereas other vendors who do ship here are definitely in that gray area. But unless they start selling direct I think they are avoiding that potential.

I hope you're right about that Jigsy; that is, about the DEA leaving them alone so long as they don't ship direct to the States; but what about the European G-men. I thought I read somewhere that Holland had recently made seed production illegal; or was it Switzerland? I'll have to do some further diggin' into that one. Still, now the Dutch government wants to make it illegal for tourists to purchase cannabis in the Coffeeshops. I suppose that will soon apply to seed purchases as well, which I'm inclined to think probablly has something to do with the American DEA flexing its international muscle. - RT

It is not unheard of by any means, but I am relatively assured that the DEA couldn't convince anyone of jurisdiction if they do not directly ship to the States. As much as they'd like to, and would gladly seize on the opportunity, especially if they could confiscate something of value in the process.
