This may have been done before here, but I was wondering what pets my fellow GP friends have.
Dogs and cats have always been a huge part of my life, I have had many over the years. I suffer from the disease also known as "horse craziness", but didn't own any of my own until about five years ago.
Currently, we own two American Pit Bull Terriers, dubbed Hoss and Whinny, and a Rat Terrier named Pidge.( Actually, they own us, lol.) Four cats: Purl, Everett, Pete, and Elphaba (named after the character of the wicked witch of the west in the book "Wicked"), and two retired racehorses..Banjo and Rudy, who I saved from the slaughterhouse.

We have a Jack Russell Terrier we say Jill Russell cause she is a little lady. We had her bother from a couple litters apart but lost him a few years ago. They were quite a pair.
Kaysee is a real snuggler she could sit on your lap or cuddle in a blanket with you for hours. Kaysee has been my faithful companion since I got sick and we call her nurse Kaysee now. She has been a life saver for me in so many ways.
This is her impression of Jack Nicholson in The Shining.
An American Pit ...Named Pork Chop...she's my lil fat girl
She just a pup...she's gonna be massive but she is such sweetie and loves to play...their isnt a gram of evil is this lil monster =)...I dont belive in cropping their ears so most people wouldnt even know she's a pit.

I have a few dogs....6 right now, but because they are my real biz I can't say much about them. If ya catch my drift....Too traceable. They are our 4 legged, slightly retarded kids, cause they talk funny! LOL! We also have a Lab cross, Buddy. Not sure what he is crossed with but it is something fast and his tail curls. We think it could be a sibe cross, due to his tail. I had a Siberian husky years ago, and there are similarities. We also have 2 cats and 2 kockatiels, as well as a budgie. I have had so many animals over the years! From african pygmy hedge hogs to rabbits and hamsters, all kinds of chickens, pigeons, turkeys, ducks, cows, and the list goes on. As well I have rescued bunnies and birds and chipmunks many times. I have friends in the rescue biz so I did it quite often when my kids where little.
I have a cockatiel, named #7, because he was the 7th egg that hatched. He was born in 1989. Long time for a cockatiel.
Was adopted by a feral cat, which I named Butt Head...Alas, he passed away last Christmas Eve. He was my one and only kitty, and was a super mouser in his day.
Also, I've been involved with Rottweilers since the late 70's. We do a sport together called Schutzhund, which translates into Protection Dog. I've owned 4 rotties, my present dog is named Dexter and he is the best friend a person could ever want. He is a true companion.
When I had to put a dear rottie down, who lived 16.5 years faithfully protecting my family, the vet looked at me and said...If I was a dog I would want to live with you. Those were wonderful words of comfort to me, at a difficult time.
Anyhow, he are some pics. Hope you enjoy.

Thanks. Yes, the second one is a pug, but the first one is my father's baby, and got in there by accident, so I edited to remove it, and while at it, I also removed the fifth too, as I thought afterward that three shots is plenty. - RT

Yes sir it is pedigree...I got her from a breeder in San Diego, CA...I have never seen a pit with her markings...when I saw her I first thought rotty...but when her parents where introduced they were most def pits the momma was marked the exact same way. Talk about beautiful dogs...I was gonna get a blu pit but when I met porky she was more the personality I was looking for(lover not a fighter) so I brought her home=)
I was thinking to get a Rhodesian Ridge back but didnt have the $1200 to spare...porky was $450 but since the breeder is a mmj card holder that I have known for about 2 years I was able to do a bit of bartering which is kool cause Im broke=)
